We still had almost three hours until our flight took off and about two hours until boarding when the Qantas lounge closed for the evening. We moved over to the OneWorld Business Lounge just around the corner. This lounge is open to business class passengers on OneWorld airlines (AA, BA, JAL, Qantas, Qatar, Cathay, Iberia, etc.) although I expect anyone flying AA from Terminal 4 would visit the AA Flagship Lounge instead.
This will be a short review as we just needed a place to sit for a while. We had already eaten and drank our fill at the Qantas First Class Lounge.
The lounge was fairly crowded at that hour and we hunted for some open seats. We found a couple of reclining chairs and settled in for a snooze/rest. Unfortunately, someone nearby decided to call customer service from some airline on his speakerphone which wasn’t very conducive for our rest.
We definitely were not hungry at that point so I just took some pictures of the food offerings. It looked pretty good with noodles, salads, Asian dishes, Western dishes and plenty of other options.

The bar was staffed and had decent drink options available. There were also drink stations with self-serve coffee/tea and soft drinks.

The bathrooms in the lounge weren’t the cleanest when I visited as there’s just so many people in the lounge. I suppose it’s hard to keep up with maintenance. There are showers at the lounge as well.
The lounge cleared out a bit at 10pm approached. We decided to have a walk around the Bradley terminal to stretch our legs before the16 hour flight to Hong Kong. Overall, the OneWorld Business Lounge LAX seems like a decent place to wait for your flight, but be prepared for it to be busy during peak times like 8-10pm.
